I needed a sympathy basket for a memorial service, and quickly did a search for the closest florist to the church, knowing I needed them delivered for the very next day by 11:30 am. I was able to give the price I wanted to pay, the time I needed them delivered, and some specific instructions about how the bow and card should look and read. The person I spoke with even helped me craft the card's message- sometimes these things can be difficult to do. I was blown away at how beautiful the flowers were - they were delivered on time, exactly as I had asked, and the quality for what I paid was very high. I expected a smaller basket with less exotic/expensive looking flowers, but the basket was lush, colorful, and absolutely perfect. Thank you 13th Ave Florist- you made what can be a difficult and uncertain process easier during a time of grief. I'm very grateful!
