be ware. Used them for a move today. they quoted very good price and very nice on the phone but they sent people that does not work for them. As soon as the guys arrived they quoted me a higher price I had to accept no choice at that moment. After they packed and drove off they again raised there quote siting the need for more time and the guy in charge rubbed off the wrong way. he would not unload the truck unless I paid. I pretty much had to pay twice what was expected. I certainly advice to not use them.

I have used Bay Ridge moving three times now, and never been disappointed. They are punctual, quick but extremely careful, and somehow the time estimates are always exactly on point. My last move was VERY rainy day; Sasha and his team assured me that there was no reason to be stressed, as this is what they do-- they took care to wrap all of my furniture in blankets and plastic, and nothing was wet or ruined!
