Worst experience ever. If you are looking for shoddy, shady work, look no further. City comes by and tells us to replace sidewalk. We do, on a recommendation with these people, as city has ok'd them/apparently certified....we pay, no questions asked. It was a bad mix of concrete, as it disintegrated within 3 months and the owner acknowledged this, as we've repeatedly spoke with the father and son. While son no longer answers calls, father insisted he would fix issue, and 1 year later, now he won't return calls either. We are calling 311 and the BBB if no response from this.
Update. They have finally responded, gratefully, and have promised to make it right. Very much appreciated!
Update: Work had been completely redone. Let's see how it holds up but I added more stars to reflect that they followed through.
