Ever since they opened up, I have taken every single class possible. The Blitz Fit class is an amazing cardio kickboxing class that really gives an amazing workout and is offered every single day the school is open. The regular kickboxing class is a more technical workout and is great for those who really want to learn how to fight on a more professional level. There is also Brazilian Ju Jitsu which is a great learning experience as well as a workout that is a lot more muscle oriented and great for those who want to roll and wrestle. The kids classes, for the parents out there, are all traditional martial arts and teach focus and self-discipline as well, great for those parents who want their kids to do something a little different. An amazing experience for all.
