Bushwick Bakery at 2760, 127 Central Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.

I’ve been going to this bakery for almost 3 years now. When I first started going it was amazing, they had great baguettes, croqué monsieur, pâte sandwich and an amazing almond chocolate croissant.
Over the last year all of those have disappeared from the menu with the exception of the baguette (which can be hardly considered a baguette- I would call it Italian bread because it’s so dense) Not only that but the quality of the pastries has also descended, not to mention that they’re constantly refusing to make menu items because they don’t have them prepared. I’ve kept going back to Bushwick Bakery in hopes of seeing an improvement. But after today I will not be going back.
