I am not one to write bad reviews, but my experience with this company has been so horrendous, I have to warn others about my experience. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I scheduled a pickup for around 10:00am on a Saturday and was told I would receive my delivery later that day or Sunday. I was told *all day* Sunday that my order was out for delivery and then was called at end of day (10:00pm) to hear that they had "just found my clothing in the store and no one could delivery it and they hadn't been cleaned." I was then profusely apologized to and told my clothes would be delivered Monday. All day Monday, my calls were rejected, ignored, and sent to voicemail. Fatima would even answer the line and leave it silent to make the phone stop ringing. My laundry was then left outside my door with no call. NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS SERVICE. They clearly have no idea how to run a business and I will be reporting this service to the BBB.
