Staff really don't listen to drink request. Stated no ice and was given as much ice as possible in a cup. A cold brew drink doesnt require much ice since its already a cold drink!. When i stayed that i requested the drink with no ice i was ignored. Staff spoke in a different language then proceeded take other customers while ignoring me. They need to change how they treat ppl. Really considering going to a different establishment all together.
