Very friendly and attentive staff. They use tablets to expedite the filling out of the agreement, photos of the vehicle etc, and email you the signed copy. I appreciated that.

They were also kind enough to offer us a larger SUV type vehicle at no extra charge, simply because it was on the lot and the attendant knew I was going on a long trip and thought I could use the extra space. That was unexpected and really made the difference in our road trip.

I should mention all their cars are very new with all the high-tech bells and whistles that cars come with now.

We needed an extra day on our rental and that was no problem for them at all. We extended the rental and it was still incredibly affordable. Exactly what they had quoted us. I'm happy to have rented my car here and would do so again.
