Definitely a five-star experience. These are true professionals who are great at what they do. Found them on CityMove and their quote for my big ugly move was so competitive that I had some reservations about accepting the offer until I read the reviews, and I have to say I'm so glad I did. Add me to the list of delighted clients.

Excellent communication ahead of move, courteous and clear about their process and policies. Recommended a walkthrough of the apartment a few days before to assess the specifics, were flexible about scheduling that walkthrough, and during the walkthrough answered all of my stupid questions and alleviated concerns.

Day of move, crew showed up on time and very well prepared with two trucks, countless furniture blankets, tape, wardrobe boxes and more. Wrapped and protected everything beautifully, definitely more careful with our stuff than we may have been - treating both the good stuff as well as my cheap trashier furniture like prized possessions. Rolled with a few wild punches at the starting point (parking permit drama, elevator hiccups, a stalled mechanical wheelchair blocking the hall -- ??) and suffered through some nasty traffic getting to the destination. And still, everything arrived in perfect condition.

All in all, this was a team of truly good (and very strong) men who worked both smart and hard, and had a great attitude throughout. Communication was exceptional from start to finish - we were kept in the loop and involved throughout the process. Adjusting from a 1000 sq ft apartment to a 3000 sq ft house with a very different layout and several more rooms is a challenge, but they very quickly established a fast and efficient way of unloading both trucks after a long and hard day.

I love this house, so I sincerely hope to never move again, but I will be recommending Go To Moving/Van Truck Move to friends/family/colleagues without hesitation.
