Mattress Firm Flatlands at 2160 Ralph Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon, a lady was behind the desk and she refused to move. She didn't even greet us when I walked in. I informed her that I was looking for a very firm mattress, she still stayed at the desk and directed me to the yellow tagged items. I walked from mattress to mattress and she didn't offer me any assistance. I didn't feel like the mattresses were firm enough, so I left and the lady behind the desk never looked up to say by. I walked in with every intention of purchasing a new mattress today, but clearly she wasn't interested in a sale. I will be looking elsewhere this afternoon.
