Do yourself a favor & just get your suit if you can get a sale and get all your alterations done by someone reputable or local tailor. These idiots will give you a date & time*. HIghlighting the time as cause they schedule alterations to the time, to the day..so if you come to pick up your garment on that day, you have to wait until that time. Mind you, I had purchased the suit 2 weeks prior. So ot wasnt ready when i walked in 3 hours before the listed time on the card. Who conducts business like that..??? I was given some bulls!t excuse about proms season etc. And had to wait for the tailor to start the work...this is horrible business practices as a consumer. Especially when you're paying their premium prices for their alterations. I thought I was paying for convenience, one stop shopping. I hope this review servers to save someone time, patience, and aggravation dealing with sub-par after purchase service.

Mind you, the other locations i.e. Manhattan & Queens NYC doesn't operate in this manner. Pretty crappy when you're paying twice what your local tailor would charge. And you have to wait in a location that doesn't have a waiting area or an unsavory location. SMH. Lesson learned..! Wish this could be a negative score..!!! Go some where else..save yourself the grief with having to deal with this staff..
