I've had 3 of my cars fixed here over the course of the last 4 years . Stan has always been very upfront with me, and has helped guide me with insurance claims and out of pocket expenses. In 2014 when a snow plow raked the side of my car - Stan helped me deal with insurance to get the car fixed good as new. In 2016 when I accidentally backed my CRV into an object, Stan gave me a great offer to fix my bumper, touch it up, fix clips on it - and cost me FAR less than I expected - didn't even go through insurance. Just last week in my new CRV, a gentleman opened his car door as I was driving by, clipped my mirror and cracked the housing. We decided not to exchange info and go our separate ways. When I got to Stan, he looked at the damage, promised me a good deal and called Honda genuine parts. Asked me to cover the parts price and a very small amount for labor (paint and replace). When the part arrived, it was already painted, so Stan didn't even charge me for labor, just the part value. I wish all car places were like this.
