She is the best R.A doctor I have ever met. I tried visiting a few closer to my neighborhood, but none has come close to her compassion for her patients or her knowledge in her area. I take my hat off to her.

My aunt has been seeing this Dr for many years, simply for the fact that she specializes in rheumatology in addition to being a general physician . Throughout the years both the staff and the Dr herself have been very rude and obnoxious , with wait time for minimum of 2 hrs for each appointment . However the last visit was something unimaginable . While the doctor was assessing her , she felt a small lump and told her she has swelling there . My aunt was concerned and asked her what may this possibly be, Drs response was "you have cancer", this assumption was made by feeling her stomach with her fingers . My aunt was then send to do a CAT scan on Thursday . Once the results were back , on Monday ,no one called her to tell her that the results where clear. My aunt and our family were very anxious and waiting for results , we called the office and they told us they were not in, which was a lie ! We called the Radiology Office and they confirmed that results were in and send to the office . We called office again and once again we're told that they are busy and cannot look for the results now . My aunt decided to drive to the office and just walk in and ask to have her results given to her , she has every right for this , instead of sitting anxisouly and waiting to find out if she has a tumor there or not . Once she came into the office the secretary Tanya was extremely obnoxious and began to yell and scream at my aunt for walking in . She then proceeded to say that they have a lot of people and are backed up today , she Has no time to even speak to her , and that she has to leave because she will not be giving her anything and that Dr will not see her ! My aunt began to cry , pleading for her results . Tanya the secretary then got up and walked over to get the Dr . The Dr then told my aunt to come in , and this is word by word what was said by the Dr . "lets go , first of you need to start seeing a different doctor , a psychiatrist and would also benefit you to start learning English ". She then read her results and told her that CAT Scan is clear . Dr then stated that my aunt drove herself to insanity and her sugar levels are high and it's all her fault for such behavior !

I've never written a review before , until now . It's mind blowing how these types of Doctors are allowed to practice . It's disgusting and scary at the same time . My aunt during these few days of waiting was a nervous wreck , just like any other person would be . However to be then treated and spoken to in such a way by the secretary and the doctor is just appalling !
I understand we are all human being and have bad days , but there is No excuse here to put down , lower and utterly disrespect another person in such a way . The doctor makes a diagnosis by touching the stomach that the patient may have cancer (my aunt has other issues very significant health related concerns that are being treated ) , and then to just being dismissed and spoken to in a crude manner and put down , just plain and simply unprofessional and disgusting . Dr Shagova should be ashamed of herself , her behavior and her staff !
