After the phone ringing a bunch of times someone finally answered. Made an order and the guys said to me that he would call to confirm as well as send and email. Never got a call, never got an email. I had to call them to make sure it was delivered.

On the opposite side spectrum: my mom received the flowers, she said the guy spilled water all over the place when delivering and didn't like the flower arrangements (she use to sell flowers at a store so she's a little more picky), makes sense. She was happy to have received flowers nonetheless.

Will probably not be going to this not so friendly place again.
