i went there after buying a discounted laser treatment package...i called up to make an appointment, which was very annoying as the receptionist couldnt properly understand or speak English, after alot to do, i eventually got my appointment set. i arrived 5 - 10 mins early for the appointment and was told to take a seat, after a few minutes the "beautician" came out and asked where i would like the laser treatment, to which i told her underarms, she looked at my underarms and asked "which one would you like done?"...yes you have read this right, she was going to give me treatment on one underarm only. i asked her to explain this to me and she just laughed and said her boss told her that was the deal, i asked to speak to the owner who wasnt available...i leeft and contacted the company whom i bought the deal from, they apologized and reimbursed me. my advice is dont go near this place...your sure to be dissappointed

Worst service ever. Please do not go here.
I had a terrible experience getting a brazilian wax. I had to go to the doctor after and get cream for the burned areas.

The worst part though was dealing with the manager. He does not understand the words "customer service". I asked for a refund and he gave me reasons why he could not give me a refund. Then he told me to call groupon for my refund. His business messed up their service and in turn he should be the one to give me the refund.

Do not go here. Do not send your worst enemy here. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
