PC Hardwood Floors at 121 31st Street, Brooklyn, New York.

I am a builder and over the last ten years I have purchased many floors from PC. Always a great experience with staff and never had a problem with any product. 2 years ago I built an ultra custom home for my sister, once again we purchased from PC. More than a year after the product installation the flooring began to show defects. I immediately reached out to Joe in their warranty department, It was an issue from the manufacturer Joe instantly put me at ease, he handled the situation with care, professionalism and urgency it needed.
