Terrible customer service from the employee that I spoke to, to the manager who I thaught will be more helpful.
Attitude on the phone was terrible, whoever own this business should retrain these two employees.
What kind of company are you to give a window of 8 hours to your customers? Who does that ?
Like people has nothing to do if it’s to sit and wait for you.
