Moved out of Brooklyn in May and they would not let me cancel my membership unless I do it in person- "a simple rule". It's 2017, and they required cancellation in person? A scam. Offered to cancel by fax or email- denied.

Emailed multiple times without response. Now they tell me those emails addresses are only outgoing so they don't read them. However, nowhere in their email does it says "do not reply" or any warning whatsoever.

They have collection agencies calling and won't cancel my membership unless I pay three months worth of fees to a gym I did not go and was actively trying to cancel it.

Please do not support these bullies.
