Poor attention to the consumer

If I would be able to give them ten stars I would! This place is awesome. I had a heavy workload schedule for a week and the morning I was about to begin, my crane refused to operate. I needed somebody to fix it immediately so I promptly drove over to a place I had already worked with in the past. After an hour of inspecting and dissecting my crane, they put their hands up and told me I would need to leave it there until they would figure it out. I was incredibly annoyed and figured I had nothing to lose by trying another place. A quick Google search of the nearest repair shop directed me to Ultimate which was just three miles away from where I was. The guys over there were exceptionally professional and kind. They told me that they're very busy as well, but will try to accommodate me as soon as they can. Unbelievably, just a half hour later, I was already driving the crane to the work site. It had taken the mechanic less than ten minutes to diagnose the issue and another twenty to actually fix it. Great place, great service and most of all really accommodating! I would definitely recommend them as the #1 place for all repairs.
