Owner Sammy is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Holds no accountability when his company or manufacturer make a mistake and feels the best way to response to a customer trying to resolve a matter is to curse and hang up on them. Sold me a "universal" insert that would not accept my bracket and while everyone else in his office understood the problem his arrogance wouldn't entertain the idea that maybe somehow he provided a defective product. I would under no circumstance recommend this company by any means. Customer service is not something they feel is necessary and are only concerned about getting your cash in hand.
